1800 - human population reaches one billion.
1930 - human population reaches two billion.
1960 - human population reaches three billion.
1975 - human population reaches four billion.
1987 - human population reaches five billion
1999 - human population reaches six billion.
I have seen these stats repeatedly in the last decade, but honestly it doesn’t get old. I almost feel bad for looking at this as some sort of investment opportunity.
Thankfully we are expected to put the breaks on reproduction at around 10 billion people. Just 10. No big deal. Right?
