It’s nice to be able to relax a little before it gets hectic.

I remember an incident as a child where my mom asked me what I thought food might be like in the future. I was probably 7 or 8 years old. I said it would be like eating chemicals.
Now I didn’t have the understanding of caloric intake at the time, but in some respects I’d have to say we aren’t to far away from the “future.” This is my “on-the-go” breakfast. I chase it with about 24oz of water and a tall coffee.
